Manual Remote Relearn/Adaptation Process

Toyota Aygo / Citroen C1 / Peugeot 107 (MK1/MK2)

Follow these steps in under 2 minutes:

1. Ensure the ignition is turned OFF.

2. Open the driver’s door.

3. Turn the ignition ON and OFF.

4. Close and then reopen the driver’s door twice, leaving it open on the second time.

5. Turn the ignition ON and OFF again.

6. Close and then reopen the driver’s door twice, leaving it open on the second time.

7. Close the driver’s door.

8. Lock the door using the door lock button.

9. Turn the ignition ON and OFF twice.

10. Unlock the door using the door lock button. The doors will lock and unlock twice, indicating that the car is now in programming mode.

11. Press the LOCK button twice on the new remote key you want to add. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm.

12. Press the LOCK button twice on any existing remote key you want to continue using. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm.

13. Turn the ignition ON and OFF to complete the process.

The buttons on your new key should now be functional.

Ford Fiesta 2009-2016 MK7 Remote Relearn Procedure
Note: This procedure will reset all remotes for the vehicle. All active remotes must be reprogrammed during this process.

Important: Avoid pressing the brake pedal at any point during or before the procedure.

Procedure 1:

1. Close all doors, then open the driver’s door and press the UNLOCK button on the driver’s door while the door is open.

2. Insert the key into the ignition.

3. Turn the ignition from OFF to ON 8 times within 8 seconds, ending on the ON position after the 8th turn.

4. The door locks will cycle to confirm the system has entered programming mode.
   Note: If the locks don’t cycle, repeat the process from step 1.

   Note: “OFF” is the position where you can remove the key, and “ON” is just before starting the car.

5. Within 10 seconds, press any button on the first keyless remote you want to program. The door locks will cycle to confirm programming.

6. Repeat step 5 for any additional remotes. If only one remote needs programming, skip to step 7.

7. Turn the ignition to OFF. The door locks will cycle again to indicate the end of the programming process.

   Note: If this doesn’t work, try closing the doors before starting the procedure.

Procedure 2:

1. Fasten your seatbelt and close all doors.

2. Turn the ignition from OFF to ON 4 times within 3 seconds.

3. Turn the ignition OFF. The system will chime to confirm it has entered programming mode.

4. Within 10 seconds, press and hold any button on the first keyless remote. The system will chime once to confirm programming.

5. Repeat step 4 for each additional remote.

6. Turn the ignition to ON to exit programming mode.
