Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately we are unable to program/cut keys that you have sourced yourself. This is because often these keys are not at the standard or quality that we supply. Also with lots of vehicle manufactures, keys look the same but the technology inside is different therefore may not work correctly with your vehicle. Not only this but we have seen metal that damages our key cutting equipment. Therefore we will only cut and program keys that we have supplied.
Unfortunately we do not sell keys on their own. We would only be able to supply and program the key.
We often get asked if we can reuse keys. 9/10 keys lock to the vehicle there first programmed too. This means that they cannot be programmed to another vehicle. There are a few exceptions to this rule but normally this is the case. So mostly no, it is not possible to reuse existing keys you have.
